I've been wanting to post this sweet little Dutch colonial for some time.
I love her.
I want her.
I think she wants me too!
Did you see that? Gasp! She winked at me!
You missed it. Maybe she'll do it again.
Anyhoo......here's the front of her.
She's in a great neighborhood .
She was built in 1923, has 2,154 square feet of living space (all of it cute). And she has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Here's the downer: She's 390k.
The tramp.
I still love her.
Here's the entry way (seen from the living room):
Here's another view of the 23x12 living room:
Here's another view of the living room...they must have painted a more neutral color because it wasn't selling (it's been on the market a while):
Just off the living room is a 12x9 sun room:
Here are a couple of dining room (13x12) views:
The kitchen (11x8) is just off the dining room:
Here are 2 of the 3 bedrooms:
If this one doesn't scream "I'VE BEEN STAGED!!!!!" I don't know what does.
Here's the back yard:
Do you like her?

I love her!!
So adorable!! I want her too! The kitchen is just a bit too small for me. Loving the bathrooms! Oh how I have missed your house tours Marts!
WHAT'S THE TINY LITTLE SHED OUT BACK USED FOR I WONDER? MAYBE FIT A LAWN MOWER IN THERE, MAYBE A RAKE, BUT PROLLY NOT BOTH..... THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY MISSING SOMETHING.....
Do I like her? Dutch colonials have a very swoon-worthy style. I love that house.
Oh Zuddy....I KNEW the garage (or lack there of) would be a concern for you. Don't hate. Get rid of some of your cuh-rap.
Sarah - I hear ya. And where is the fridge? I think they did the ol' "put the fridge in the back entrance" trick that we see in old houses so much.
Ooooo....cute. My favorite parts though? The stairs and the backyard.
I missed your house tours! And this one is adorable! I love all of the built-ins and architectural interest. Yeah, that tray on the bed is completely over the top--isn't the point of staging to make it look like people actually live there?!
Oh yes!
Toooooo CUTE!
Its only downfall is its not in my hood, so you couldnt buy it.
Oh, and you could buy 2 houses on my block for that price...WITH GINORMOUS GARAGES!!
I love her!
There is nothing about this house that I DON'T like...well, except that it isn't mine. Love the shelving in the first bedroom...xoxo
I think she's pretty but her backyard is gorgeous!! I especially admire it as I'm coming down with a bad case of spring fever.
Sorry, friend. She wants ME. Now, where is this? Because I'm packing and moving today. Sweetest house ever.
